The 2020 Flourishing Life Holiday Gift Guide

It’s the season of giving and it’s no secret that sharing and spreading joy to others is shown to be one of the best ways to cultivate joy and gratitude in your own life. My love language is gift giving and I find great joy in finding gifts that have significant meaning for the person receiving them. In addition to loving to find the perfect gifts for my loved ones, I’ve always found a ton of joy in sharing my favorite things with anyone willing to listen. I once had someone on Instagram tell me they needed to create a line item in their budget for all the items they’ve purchased based on my recommendations. LOL! This was one of the best compliments I’ve ever received.

In the process of compiling this gift guide, I discovered that gift guides in general have become all the rage for bloggers and influencers and I am totally here for it. I personally love when some of my favorite folks share a curated list of their recommendations, one-stop-shop for me! So as a “professional sharer” myself, I hope to create a few curated lists throughout the year to share any and everything I’m lovin’ or have on my own personal wish list that can ultimately help us cultivate a more Flourishing Life.

I was introduced to “breath-work” as a pathway to vitality and enhancing well-being during my recent Positive Psychology Practitioner certification program. As an avid reader, I have to admit I’m late to the party with this one! But it looks like I have found my people.
