TRR Lifecrafting Coaching Program overview
The TRR Lifecrafting Coaching Program is a 12-month private coaching program for ambitious women who want to create harmony between work and home. Our 6-step process allows women who are overwhelmed and stuck personally or professionally, simplify their lives by making space for purpose, priorities and healthy habits that acknowledge the “whole person”. Resulting in an increase in overall life satisfaction, increased performance in work or business and enhanced relationships.

Life Done Your Way
1 - Discovery
This is where you get to spend more time re-discovering yourself than you probably have in the last decade. This phase sets the foundation and is the ultimate building block for crafting a life that kicks imposter syndrome in the butt.
Phase 1 is the self-discovery phase and kicks off with a series of scientifically based Positive Psychology assessments. The client uses this phase to identify purpose, priorities, strengths, values, emotional state and goals.
2 - Making Space
“I feel like I know what to do, I just can’t find the time.” This phase is where we actually make space for the life you actually want to live, only doing the things you actually want to do.
Phase 2 focuses on the client’s day-to-day life and how to optimize their time and productivity through energy management, enhanced sleep habits, energy repletion activities, mindfulness and the introduction of Essentialism.
3 - Action Trumps Ideas
Goal setting and goal meeting are two different things, and in this phase we finally get you from always feeling stuck and full of ideas to actions followed by wins after wins.
Phase 3 uses a strength-based coaching style to help you set SMART+ goals that are fully realized through habit building, primers, visualization and accountability.
4 - Real Time Resilience
How do you cope when plans don’t go as planned? When it’s time to pivot or when you simply feel like life isn’t going your way? This phase builds resilience by enhancing every day life skills for working through the hard stuff.
Phase 4 develops skills around fixed vs growth mindset, learned helplessness vs optimism, understanding explanatory styles and reframing mind chatter.
5 - Relationships as The Secret Sauce
It’s time to work on your people skills to create a life that feels connected and empowered by tapping into the resources and hearts around you.
In Phase 5 we assess the importance of relationships in becoming the best version of yourself. We focus on developing skills around communication, forgiveness, empathy, vulnerability, social comparison/pressures and love languages.

In addition to coaching, TRR clients have the opportunity to choose to participate in our workshops based on their area of focus or schedules.
